Booking and Deposit Policy
Standard Deposits
We require a deposit for all bookings made at Little Frankies. Appointments without a deposit are considered unconfirmed and are subject to cancellation.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all bookings. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will surrender your deposit, as will any no-shows.
On Fresha it will be noted as a Non-Refundable deposit. If you get in contact and confirm the cancellation or reschedule before the 48 hours, we will manually refund it back to you.
Holding Deposits
We charge a refundable $50 holding deposit for consultation appointments and touch up appointments. This will be refunded to you at the end of your session. Appointments without a deposit are considered unconfirmed and are subject to cancellation.
